EIVSOM Psychosocial is moving beyond one-to-one support toward a blended learning community where personalized education, training, and support create meaningful long-term growth.

As EIVSOM Psychosocial enters its second quarter in its inaugural year, the conversation is no longer only about reaching individuals—it is about building a sustainable learning community. Dr. Robert Graves reflects on the progress already being made and the vision ahead. As he explains, “there's enough people out there that would like to be living their best psychosocial selves.” Through support for those who are psychosocially aspirational and those who are psychosocially distressed, the organization continues developing evidence that learning can create meaningful progress.
The model itself is evolving from individual interactions into long-term engagement. Membership options that provide ongoing weekly support are designed not simply around access, but around continuity and sustainable growth. Dr. Graves explains: “we believe that's how we're really going to help people grow the community and do something sustainable.” This reflects a broader educational philosophy in which progress develops over time through repeated opportunities to learn, practice, and reflect. Much of this thinking aligns with principles described in The EIVSOM Model© and The EIVSOM Psychosocial SPEC, where community and growth are central themes.
The next stage is perhaps the most ambitious: creating a fully blended active academy that combines in-person and online experiences. Dr. Graves states, “if we're going to really move the dial of building that community, it's to have an in-person and online, so a fully blended active academy.” The vision is especially relevant for families seeking structured learning environments with personalized goals and ongoing support. Within the EIVSOM framework, emotional intelligence and value systems are not treated as isolated concepts; they become part of an active process where education, training, and support work together to create stronger communities and meaningful pathways toward achievement.
