The EVISOM Method

This is a triangle that highlights our ‘why, what, how’ approach combined with our education, training and support method of psychosocial learning that enables our teachers, coaches and counselors to work together with our members and students to give a personalized program to meet every individual’s needs.

With education and support, we use the EIVSOM Model Grid to explain and understand the ‘why’ of our behaviors and decision-making processes through emotional intelligence and value systems awareness. With education and training, we use the EIVSOM Method Triangle to create the ‘what’ it is that we can do to improve our behaviors and decision-making processes through emotional intelligence and value systems awareness. And with training and support, we use the EIVSOM Process List to enable the ‘how’ of the psychosocial learning that will occur to improve our behaviors and decision-making processes through emotional intelligence and value systems awareness.
