Human Immediate Support for Lasting Growth

Real change begins the moment you apply the work—EIVSOM offers immediate support through practice, reflection, and guidance.

EIVSOM’s second unique proposition is centered on immediate support through application (if you want to revisit the first one, click here). As Dr. Robert Graves explains: “the second one is what I said at the end of the first video, which is that we can offer an immediate support and always with the caveat that the improvement only comes if the student is willing to do the work.” Unlike traditional models that rely purely on long-term learning curves, EIVSOM combines education with actionable tools that can begin shifting behaviour right away when applied consistently. This approach connects deeply with our broader framework of building emotional intelligence and value systems through structured practice rather than passive understanding.

The model encourages individuals to actively examine their decision-making processes. As Dr. Graves highlights, participants are invited “to be willing to examine their decision making processes, so their choices that they're making, the behaviors that they're having, and the attitudes that they're displaying, and to put them into that that bisecting access of of of good levels of emotional intelligence and value systems or not so good in order for them to live their their best lives.” This reflective process is not theoretical—it is practical, ongoing, and supported by the EIVSOM community, which reinforces consistency and accountability.

What makes this approach powerful is the combination of immediacy and continuity. Dr. Graves notes that: “It's easy to get it. It's a lot harder to get it and do it and keep doing it.” That is where the community becomes essential, providing “support for you to be able to do that in a in a genuinely caring environment.” As explored in our previous blog on mental fitness and training principles, EIVSOM is designed to help people not only understand emotional intelligence and value systems, but actively live them—creating both immediate support and long-term transformation.
