Return and Refund Policy
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Membership fees are non-refundable once access to member resources and benefits has been granted.
Training session cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are generally not eligible for a refund.
If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs, please contact us and we will review the situation promptly.
In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at EIVSOM's discretion.
